Sei x Coingecko Raffle - Terms and Conditions
Introduction:
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the utilization of the Sei Foundation Raffle (the "Raffle") provided by Sei Foundation ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). By participating in the raffle, you ("you" or "Participant") agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not be eligible to participate in the raffle or receive any rewards.
Eligibility:
The raffle is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By participating in the raffle, you confirm and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old.
Participation in the raffle:
We are thrilled to join forces with CoinGecko users and provide them with the opportunity to take part in the raffle. You acknowledge and agree that any information you provide may be used by us in connection with the raffle. To participate, users must follow these steps:
CoinGecko users will be able to redeem a Sei Launch raffle ticket with 300 candies on CoinGecko's Candy Rewards Store from 16/08/23 to 23/08/23
Upon redeeming a raffle ticket, users will receive a unique Candy Rewards code. Users are required to download a Sei Wallet and provide their Sei Wallet address via google form.
Within one week of the raffle closing, 5 winners will be randomly selected to receive 5,000 SEI tokens each. Tokens will be distributed from the foundation to their respective wallet addresses, at the Foundation’s discretion vested over a period of twelve months from the close of the raffle In addition, all participants in the raffle will be eligible to receive an amount of SEI.
An announcement will also be made on the Sei Foundation and CoinGecko's social media channels by 07/09/23 to declare the care package winners.
Raffle Prize:
The 5 No randomly selected winners of the grand prize will be announced and contacted via email. These users will be eligible to win 5,000 SEI each. The remaining 75,000 SEI will be shared between the remaining entrants.
To be eligible, entrants should submit their details to the appropriate google form with the correct answer to questions.

Limitation of Liability:
The raffle organizers, sponsors, and affiliated companies are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property or person, including death, arising from participation in the raffle or the use or misuse of the prize.
User Data:
Email addresses are not stored as part of this giveaway.
Intellectual Property:
The Service, including all content provided by the expert(s) or other participants, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by the Service without our prior written consent.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant Arbitration Association.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the raffle and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
